It’s something the vast majority of us are doing – consciously creating a better life for ourselves and our loved ones.
I love this description of life-crafting:
Life-crafting is about consciously creating the life you want to live, honouring yourself (and your talents and your gifts), standing in your truth, and reclaiming your power.
But sometimes, phrases like ‘standing in your truth’ and ‘reclaiming your power’ can seem meaningless or be be misused. ‘Standing in your truth’ is not an excuse to be horrible to people, while claiming to be spiritually superior.
Here are some examples of life-crafting:
- Life hacks
- Creating good habits
- Practising gratitude
If these sound clichéd, don’t worry. I know the struggle is real. And I intend to debunk them all at some point on the blog.
